Accident and Incident Investigation
This two-day course will provide the knowledge, practical skills, and tools you need to conduct accident and incident investigations. Topics include the needs and responsibilities related to the investigation; how to prepare and plan; how to interview and qualify witness; photography and diagramming of accident scenes; analytical techniques; report writing and legal aspects. The interaction of human and environmental factors with the investigation will also be discussed.
